1. 서비스
PassLens(이하 "앱")는 루나링크(LUNALINK)(이하 "회사")가 제공하는 시험 학습 앱입니다. 앱의 문항·해설은 학습 보조용이며, 합격이나 실제 출제를 보장하지 않습니다. 시험 일정·출제 기준 등 공식 정보는 각 시행 기관에서 확인하세요.
2. 구독(PassLens Pro)
- 요금: 월간 ₩5,900 / US$4.99, 연간 ₩39,000 / US$29.99. 실제 가격과 통화는 국가별 App Store·Google Play 표시가 기준입니다.
- 무료 체험: 연간 플랜에 한해 처음 구독하는 경우 7일 무료 체험이 제공됩니다. 체험 종료 최소 24시간 전에 해지하지 않으면 연간 요금이 청구됩니다. 체험 중 해지해도 체험 기간이 끝날 때까지 Pro를 쓸 수 있습니다.
- 자동 갱신: 구독은 현재 기간 종료 최소 24시간 전에 해지하지 않으면 같은 기간·요금으로 자동 갱신되며, 갱신 요금은 종료 전 24시간 이내에 스토어 계정으로 청구됩니다.
- 해지: iPhone은 설정 → Apple ID → 구독, Android는 Google Play → 결제 및 구독에서 언제든 해지할 수 있습니다. 해지하면 다음 갱신부터 청구되지 않고, 이미 결제한 기간이 끝날 때까지 Pro가 유지됩니다. 앱 삭제만으로는 해지되지 않습니다.
- 환불: 결제는 Apple·Google이 처리하므로 환불은 각 스토어의 환불 정책과 절차를 따릅니다(Apple: reportaproblem.apple.com, Google Play: 주문 내역에서 요청). 관련 법령상 청약철회가 가능한 경우 스토어 절차로 처리되며, 문의는 billing@lunalink.co.kr로 주세요.
- 가격이 바뀌면 스토어 정책에 따라 미리 알리고, 필요한 경우 동의를 받습니다.
3. 사용자 콘텐츠
사용자가 촬영해 만든 덱은 사용자 기기에만 저장되며 공유 기능이 없습니다. 권리가 있거나 개인 학습 범위에서 이용할 수 있는 자료만 촬영해 주세요.
4. 금지 행위
앱의 문항을 대량으로 복제·배포하거나, 앱을 역설계하거나, 시험 부정행위에 이용하는 행위를 금지합니다.
5. 지식재산권과 신고
앱의 원작 문항·해설·디자인의 권리는 회사에 있습니다. 공개 기출 문항은 출처를 표시해 이용하며 권리는 원권리자에게 있습니다. 권리 침해가 의심되면 권리침해 신고로 알려 주세요. 접수 즉시 해당 문항을 비공개로 전환하고 72시간 안에 검토 결과를 회신합니다.
6. 책임의 제한
회사는 문항 오류를 줄이려고 노력하며 신고된 오류를 바로잡습니다. 다만 앱 이용 결과(시험 결과 등)에 대해 회사의 고의 또는 중과실이 없는 한 책임지지 않습니다. 학습 데이터는 기기에만 저장되므로 기기 분실·초기화로 인한 데이터 손실에 유의하세요.
7. 준거법·연락처
이 약관은 대한민국 법을 따르며, 분쟁은 민사소송법상 관할 법원에서 해결합니다. 문의: support@lunalink.co.kr · 070-5236-4556
1. The service
PassLens (the "app") is an exam-study app provided by LUNALINK ("we"). Questions and explanations are study aids; they do not guarantee a pass or reflect actual exam content. Check official schedules and syllabi with the exam body.
2. Subscriptions (PassLens Pro)
- Price: monthly US$4.99 / ₩5,900, yearly US$29.99 / ₩39,000. The price and currency shown in your local App Store or Google Play apply.
- Free trial: first-time subscribers to the yearly plan get a 7-day free trial. Unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends, the yearly price is charged. If you cancel during the trial, Pro stays available until the trial ends.
- Auto-renewal: subscriptions renew automatically for the same period and price unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Your store account is charged within 24 hours before the period ends.
- Cancelling: anytime in iPhone Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions, or Google Play → Payments & subscriptions. You won't be charged again, and Pro stays active until the paid period ends. Deleting the app does not cancel.
- Refunds: payments are processed by Apple or Google, so refunds follow their policies (Apple: reportaproblem.apple.com; Google Play: request from your order history). Questions: billing@lunalink.co.kr.
- If prices change, you'll be notified in advance, and asked for consent where the store requires it.
3. Your content
Decks you create by scanning stay on your device and cannot be shared. Only scan material you own or may use for personal study.
4. Prohibited use
Don't bulk-copy or redistribute the app's questions, reverse-engineer the app, or use it to cheat on an exam.
5. Intellectual property and reports
We own our original questions, explanations and design. Public past-paper questions are used with attribution and remain their owners' property. If you believe content infringes your rights, use the copyright report. We take the item down on receipt and reply with our review within 72 hours.
6. Limitation of liability
We work to keep questions accurate and fix reported errors, but except for intent or gross negligence we are not liable for outcomes of using the app, such as exam results. Study data lives only on your device, so losing or resetting the device can lose it.
