루나링크(LUNALINK)(이하 "회사")는 PassLens 앱과 이 웹사이트에서 개인정보를 가능한 한 받지 않는 방식으로 서비스를 만듭니다.
1. 회사가 수집하지 않는 것
- PassLens에는 회원가입·로그인이 없습니다. 이름·이메일·전화번호를 받지 않습니다.
- 광고, 사용 분석 도구, 광고 식별자를 사용하지 않으며 사용자를 추적하지 않습니다.
- 풀이 기록, 오답노트, 복습 일정, 메모, 촬영한 문제와 그 사진은 사용자 기기에만 저장되며 회사 서버로 전송되지 않습니다.
2. 기기 권한

3. 인터넷 연결이 쓰이는 경우
- 문제 팩: 문항은 앱에 들어 있어 풀이에 인터넷이 필요 없습니다. 추가 문항 팩을 내려받는 경우 일반적인 웹 요청 정보(IP 주소, 기기 종류 등)가 전송 과정에서 처리될 수 있으며, 회사는 이를 사용자 식별이나 프로필 작성에 쓰지 않습니다.
- 구독 결제: Apple App Store 또는 Google Play가 처리합니다. 회사는 카드 정보 등 결제 정보를 받지 않으며, 구독 상태 확인에 필요한 스토어의 구매 정보만 기기에서 확인합니다.
4. 문의·신고 시 받는 정보
고객지원 또는 권리침해 신고 양식을 보내면 입력한 이름·이메일·내용이 회사 메일(support@lunalink.co.kr)로 전달됩니다. 답변과 신고 처리 목적에만 쓰고, 처리 완료 후 3년간 보관한 뒤 파기합니다(분쟁 대응 기록 보존). 남용 방지를 위해 접속 IP를 짧은 시간 동안 속도 제한에 사용하며 저장하지 않습니다.
5. 제3자 제공·처리 위탁
회사는 개인정보를 제3자에게 판매하거나 제공하지 않습니다. 웹사이트와 메일 전달은 Cloudflare, Inc.의 인프라에서 운영됩니다. 결제는 Apple·Google의 개인정보처리방침이 적용됩니다.
6. 데이터 삭제
앱을 삭제하면 기기에 있던 데이터가 모두 지워집니다. 회사 서버에는 지울 학습 데이터가 없습니다. 문의 메일 삭제를 원하면 support@lunalink.co.kr로 요청하세요.
7. 아동
PassLens는 아동을 대상으로 하지 않으며, 연령과 관계없이 개인정보를 수집하지 않습니다.

9. 변경
이 방침이 바뀌면 이 페이지에 시행일과 함께 게시합니다.
LUNALINK ("we") builds PassLens and this website to collect as little personal data as possible.
1. What we don't collect
- PassLens has no sign-up or login. We never ask for your name, email or phone number.
- We use no ads, no analytics tools and no advertising identifiers, and we do not track you.
- Your answers, wrong-answer notebook, review schedule, notes, scanned questions and their photos are stored only on your device and are never sent to our servers.
2. Device permissions

3. When the internet is used
- Question packs: questions ship inside the app, so practising needs no connection. If you download an additional pack, standard request data (IP address, device type) may be processed in transit. We do not use it to identify or profile you.
- Subscriptions: handled by the Apple App Store or Google Play. We never receive card or payment details; the app only checks the store's purchase record on your device to unlock Pro.
4. Support and reports
If you send the support or copyright report form, the name, email and message you enter are delivered to our mailbox (support@lunalink.co.kr). We use them only to reply and handle the report, and keep them for 3 years after resolution for dispute purposes, then delete them. Your IP address is used briefly for rate limiting against abuse and is not stored.
5. Sharing and processors
We do not sell or share personal data. The website and mail forwarding run on Cloudflare, Inc. infrastructure. Payments are governed by Apple's and Google's privacy policies.
6. Deleting data
Deleting the app removes everything on your device. There is no study data on our servers to delete. To have a support email deleted, write to support@lunalink.co.kr.
7. Children
PassLens is not directed to children and collects no personal data from users of any age.
